Exercising in the gym can be a great workout for your body but nothing beats the chance to be out there in the terrain and get some fresh air. Yes, it can be terrifying at first since you have never been above sea level but the benefits below can have you convinced despite all of your fears. You only live once. Use your time.

Toning your legs will be easier at this point. Becoming a full pledged rugged walker makes you focus on reaching to the top. As you make your way there, most of your body parts shall be at work and that shall not take a lot on your part. You are going to enjoy your view without being so caught up on getting that perfect shape that the world will admire.

This can be good news for your core too. Those lower abs will start to take form while you are busy conquering your fear of heights. Thus, it will really be best for you to choose your terrain well. Go for the easier ones even if they are long in duration. Moreover, be able to do this mainly for yourself and do not let your life be dictated by others.

In that scenario, the desire for adrenaline will slowly build up on you and you can find yourself eventually going past your limits. Let this bring you to the highlights of your life which you shall not mind sharing to your grandchildren in the future.

When you go out there, you are never the same when you come back. So, simply give it a try in the beginning and you can cleverly plan your next trips from that point onwards. Do not continue going in life without knowing what is waiting for you. Besides, you need to continue being healthy as the years go by.

This can be your ultimate source of happiness. Not everybody would be able to get it but rewarding yourself with that overlooking view is just beyond words. It is not everyday that you get to witness the beauty of nature from this perspective. So, make it a habit and not just be like anybody else.
